A coffee link lets someone send thanks without asking for your address. We don't sell personal information.

Accounting profile details

We use public account identifiers and profile details for sign in and routing coffee orders. Your shipping email, name, address, and optional phone number are for coffee shipments and shipment updates.

Purchasers see public usernames but not addresses and purchasers aren't revealed to recipients in order notices.

Edit personal shipping details on the account page or contact us for access, corrections, or removal of connections and shipping details. We must keep some records for bookkeeping, disputes, and legal purposes.

Checking out information

Payment records include recipient references, order quantities, and purchaser contact details. Our team uses details to service accounts, fulfill orders, send receipts, handle refunds, and answer questions. Email is for orders, deliveries, and support.

Our payment provider handles card details. We don't receive or store full card numbers, and saving a payment method is optional.

Browsing the site

Cookies are used for signing in. Signing out clears that session cookie. Hosting, network, and analytic services process IP addresses and requests to run, measure, and secure the site.

Updating these policies

Edits to legalese get an updated date. We'll tell you about meaningful changes to information use and seek required confirmations before changes are applied.
